This bill lets the UK government remove large parts of the Windsor Framework deal with the EU, especially rules about goods moving to Northern Ireland and state subsidies. It gives ministers power to change or ignore most Windsor Framework rules without needing Parliament's approval each time.
A Bill to make provision to modify the effect on domestic law of arrangements relating to the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union; and for connected purposes.
