Teachers’ Pension Scheme regulations: 2027 proposed amendments

We would like to hear your views on the proposed regulation amendments.

Changes to the TPS regulations are necessary to adjust the member contribution rates following the most recent valuation.

Further amendments are also required to clarify existing provisions, align the regulations with Department for Education policy and ensure the scheme continues to operate as intended.

This consultation seeks responses from those likely to be affected by the proposed regulations.
